Shipping and Delivery Policy

Viet Can applies flexible delivery and hand-over policies depending on region and product/service nature.

Delivery Policy

  • Free and paid delivery depending on region.
  • Same-day or multi-day per package; Sales & CS will advise.
  • Repair orders: on-site or to Warranty & Repair Center case-by-case.

Order Contact and Processing Time

  • Confirm and process within 24 working hours, excl Sat Sun holidays.
  • Working 08:00–17:00 Mon–Fri.
  • Technical/delivery will call to confirm address, recipient, time.

Product Installation Policy

  • On-site per request; free or charged per product.
  • For technical/proprietary software, Viet Can assigns staff.
  • Do not install externally; non-compliance at customer risk.
