Returns and Refunds Policy
This policy applies to products/services supplied by Viet Can under contract/order and hand-over minutes.
Eligibility for Returns
- Technical defect confirmed by warranty center as manufacturer fault.
- Return period per product and contract/order.
- Complete packaging, boxes, accessories, documents as handed over.
- Complete documents: receipt, invoice, warranty card etc.
- Complete accessories and gifts if any.
Cases Not Eligible for Returns
If above not fully met, not eligible for warranty/return.
Please inspect goods/services and sign hand-over/acceptance minutes upon receipt. If defect or mismatch, do not accept and contact immediately:
